I am gonna do something a little different this time, rather than just explaining the entire episode, I'm just gonna split the parts of this episode into sections and tell you what I think of them:)

Disclaimer: Just FYI, my reviews are not spoiler-free. If you don't like spoilers, then it's probably a good idea to watch the episode first. But if you do like spoilers, then feel free to read on if you like.

The Villain:

Ok, so to start, OMG THIS EPISODE WAS CRAZY. The villain of this episode was Goldface, which was really great because he is one of my favorite side villains of the show. I know that a lot of people didn't really like him the last time he showed up but, I happened to really enjoy his performance. Whenever Goldface is in an episode, he always succeeds in making me laugh and just enjoy the episode in general.

Barry and Kramer:

I knew that Kramer was gonna be in the episode and I had a feeling that Kramer was gonna find out Barry's identity based on their past interactions with each other and the fact that she can absorb people's powers. And, I thought that was how she was gonna find out Barry's identity, but I was so wrong. As it turns out, they both had on their meta-dampening bracelets from the first time Goldface appeared in season 5. When Barry was able to escape an explosion by taking it off, Kramer knew that he was the Flash, because there was no way that Barry could've escaped. Not to mention, they were together the entire episode and Barry doesn't disguise his voice anymore as the flash, so... it would be pretty obvious. But even so, I actually liked the way she told him she knew his identity; It reminded me of the season 5 finale when Captain Singh told him he knew his identity... that was epic.

The Chemist

I absolutely loved how Goldface referred to Barry as the Chemist, like he was in season 5. I was actually not expecting him to remember him. I actually thought he would think that he was the flash, but then I remembered that he never found out, it was just Amunet that found out. Having this detail was a really good idea to include in the episode.

Caitlin and Frost

Caitlin happened to be really mad at frost, for a reason which I can kind of understand. Frost went back together with Chillblaine, the same guy who framed and left her, twice. I think. Because of this, Caitlin really hated Chillbaline and expressed her anger toward their relationship. Speaking of, Caitlin actually revealed her new boyfriend in this episode: Marcus. I like Marcus, but the problem with that is that I know that Ronnie (Caitlin's old boyfriend) is gonna come back later this season and I'm a little scared for that reunion. Caitlin lost everything in season one when Ronnie 'died' in season one, then she was in a relationship with "Jay" who actually turned out to be Hunter Zoloman a.k.a Zoom. So, I can understand that Caitlin doesn't want Frost to go through something like that; but luckily they worked it out in the end.

Future Training?

Kramer has been really afraid to use her powers in this episode which was really strange to me considering, she has one of the coolest powers in the world. She's like Peter Petrelli from Heroes (If you watched it. It's kinda old but really great. I recommend it). Anyways, we found out later in the episode that the reason for this, was because she was actually hoping that the flash would help her to control her powers. Which is a good idea because he has already trained Linda, Iris, Wally, Jessie, Nora, Ralph,... etc. So I am really looking forward to seeing how this goes.

What is happening to Iris?

At the end of this episode, we found Iris and Joe at the table. When joe went upstairs, Iris was gonna put the food away but then... out of nowhere, everything on the table disappeared, and Joe came from outside giving her files I think. It was like she passed time or somehow time traveled? or maybe something is taking control of her. I don't know. I'm pretty sure it's connected to her time sickness, based on how her eyes were glowing, kind of like the still force.

Conclusion

I know I'm posting this review a little late by a few episodes, but I do have school and I didn't have time to write an entire review. But good news, I am finally on spring break so, I will have time to catch up. Last week, episode 9 came out and it was really good. Episodes 8 and 9 are still kind of like filler episodes,... sort of, but not really. So I still don't know what's happening with Iris, and Kramer hasn't been trained yet, but the start of the season 8 storyline has officially started.

But anyway, that's my review for season 8, episode 7. If you made it to the end, I hope you liked it. Feel free to let me know what are your thoughts on the episode and what other reviews would you like to see.
